Silent Professional Auction: A Special Operations Forces Charity Event Sets Fundraising Goal of $100,000
Tuesday, April 30th, 2013Last week I told you to ‘like’ the Silent Professional Auction page on Facebook. Over the past few days they’ve announced the items they’ll be auctioning off in support of SOF charities. The list is as impressive as it is expansive.
Created by Combat Flip Flops, The Macalan Group and Intelligent Waves, the Silent Professional Auction, taking place online May 1-15, 2013, aims to raise $100,000 for the following Special Operations Forces charities:

Tommy V Foundation (all proceeds benefit Brett ‘Shady’ Schadle’s family)
The online auction, held at www.24fundraiser.com/site/store/5, will be open to bidding from May 1st through the 15th with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the above SOF charities. This is not your ordinary auction – items found here are one-of-a-kind collector’s items, bucket list experiences, rare tactical gear and memorabilia. The $100 entry fee is a 501c3 tax deductible dnation with receipt given at the time of entry. This event and the auction are open to the public. PROOF Research combines cutting-edge, patented carbon-fiber barrels, the space-age laminations of Lone Wolf Riflestocks, and the rifle making genius of Jense Precision under one roof. This combination provides unsurpassed accuracy and durability from rifles weighing a fraction of traditional firearms.
The mission of the research and manufacturing facility is to prove what transpires with thermal management and heat dissipation, barrel stiffness and mass reduction, as well as giving us the ability to test and create new ammunition.

The overall size of the waterproof ASE Range Bag is 24″x15″x11″. The main compartment is 19″x8″x10″ and features 2 weapon pockets that are designed for the largest handguns on the market. The main compartment has 2 Velcro strips with 2 adjustable dividers while inside the lid are 18″ elastic loops for tools and parts.
The large front pocket has plenty of storage. Measuring 17″x8-½” and has 8 elastic loops for magazines with the ability to hold single or double stacked mags. There are also two loops on the inside of this pocket to hold brushes for cleaning magazines. The inside storage pocket is perfect for extra magazine springs, followers or other parts.
The Left Pocket is 8″x8″x3″. The outside of the pocket has a card holder and the inside has a large pocket for score sheets, rule book, and or match book. This pocket can also accommodate a timer and/or water bottle.
The Right Pocket is 8″x8″x3″ with 6 organized pockets to hold a cell phone, wallet, flashlight, pen/pencils, or calculator. Additionally, there are two 8″x8″x3″ pockets for tools or spare parts located on the bag. One pocket has 10 elastic loops to secure tools, push rod, punch, drift rod, screwdriver, or hammer. The Second Pocket has 5 elastic loops and one 4″x7″ pocket to secure a rule book, score sheets or calculator.
