The Australian Army has released an interactive 360 degree view of the modern Australian soldier. Four different profiles are featured, and each includes datapoints that, when clicked, give a detailed description of the function of their gear.

    Better kit than US OEF Standard Issue Kit on a couple points. The Mystery Ranch Ruck is money all the way through. The battle belt, VAS Shroud, and suppressor as standard for a designated markman rifle are also standouts. The US could learn a thing or two….

    Just making a decision about the Camo is already a step ahead of the US Army..

      Still no decision – AMP (Multicam) is still Afghanistan only. Rest of the Army is wearing 25 year old AUSCAM pattern still and no official change is in sight. That sight is false advertising and really just serves to annoy those that serve.

    The pack was originally mystery ranch and now the issued pack is the medium assault pack made by Platatac.
