FirstSpear Friday Focus – Breakdown Transport Bag

In this 20th edition of the weekly FirstSpear Friday Focus, we’ll take a look at the Breakdown Transport Bag.

FS Breakdown Transport Bag (3)

I really like the sleek lines of this bag. It will hold an AR style upper and lower and incorporates 6/12™ attachment points on one inside wall for MOLLE/PALS, 6/9™ or 6/12™ pockets. For transport, the Breakdown Transport Bag has sling attachment points and a carry handle as well as attachment points for optional ECP backpack straps.

Looks a lot like the discontinued Castle Rock Tactical Discreet case.

I’ll take one…in non-“tactical” colors and cut, please. Turqouise, or a nice Hello Kitty print would not scream “Disgruntled white male, and I think he has a fully-semi-automatic assault sniper handgun!!”

And remember, the Multicam makes it “high-powered by a high capacity CLIP.”

      But yeah.

FS’s other discrete carry effort (in conjunction with Noveske) is a little spendier but might be a better value. Non-tacticool colors:

      Made my day ! 🙂

I talked to several manufacturers about this Problem. Its the same phenomenon as with pants and other “tactical” stuff. When a product is to LoPro, the tactical crowd doesnt buy it to make it worth manufacturing it.

Units or companies that really require to go low profile also need many different versions, imagine a bunch of tough looking people completely dressed the same and carrying the same backpack…
