Magpul Releases New MS1 Padded Sling

MAG545 MS1 Padded Sling

Magpul has released a padded version of the MS1 Sling. The MS1 Padded Sling is comprised of a custom-woven variable-width tubular webbing. The padded section, 2″ wide, features a ripstop-laminated enhanced foam pad that won’t roll, twist, or bunch, and provides comfort and support for heavy weapons or extended periods. Magpul has also managed to remove the structural stitching required on traditional padded slings, which reduces failure points, increases strength, and improves comfort and function. The MS1 Padded Sling is compatible with all MS1/MS3/MS4 accessories.

    I have tried a bunch of slings. VCAS, VTAC, Magpul MS3 etc.

    I got a non-padded MS1 and it is the best two point there is. Easy sliding of the VTAC, but with no extra material hanging like the VCAS. The material just seems better as well.

    I want to get one of these now that I know the MS1 is good to go.

      the extra strap stuff on the BFG annoys me a bit too but for some reason I can’t bring myself to cut it
