On first appearance this looks handy, but I got the same card for FREE from Readyman a few weeks ago. Why pay $25.00?

The lock pick rake and tensioner are way under-sized and there’s no dedicated handcuff escape key (huge omission)

Saw teeth are much too soft to cut through anything substantive.

      Dave,

We have used this to successfully pick a wide variety of locks and handcuffs. The design does work.

We also used the saw to cut through a 1/4″ thick metal chain. The grade of the steel will cut through an equal grade of steel. You can actually cut through steel using a dog tag, it takes forever, but you can do it. The idea here is that the blade can cut through rope, tape, or, time permitting a steel cable or chain.

Poor customer service. Got that dog grenade and my dog wrecked it in about two minutes. Sent them an email about it and still haven’t heard back. Doubt I’ll be doing business with these guys anytime soon.

    • It says right on the product page it is “an interactive toy… not designed for the sole purpose of chewing.” I’ve had great experience with their customer service, and my German Shepherd has annihilated “indestructible” toys in minutes. There is no fault with RE Factor.

    • RE Factor Tactical says:

JW, when did you send the email? We haven’t received any emails about issues with the dog toys.

  3. JW says:

Good for you! Glad to hear I was an anomaly.

  4. JW says:

I sent it right after I purchased the toy which was right about the date it was originally posted on this site. I get that dog toys are meant to be destroyed. I suppose I was expecting it to last a week instead of a few minutes I did include a picture as well. Didn’t know if that would hve helped with any roduct improvements. Thank you for reaching out to me.

Luke, from RE contacted me and helped me out. My initial critique of RE was incorrect. Great customer service! Thank you.

  6. Dave the Rave says:

This could be improved by having a plastic, formed case that the tools fit onto. As it is now, once the tool is snapped free it will have to lay loose at the bottom of the sleeve.
