Source – Widepac D|vide Hydration System

divide-hydration-system

The Widepac D|vide is a dual-compartment hydration bladder which allows the user two sources of hydrating fluid from a single system. Available in 2L and 3L sizes, both compartments within the D|vide are flexible, designed that either alone is capable of taking up the full size of the bladder, allowing for whatever split of fluids the user wants.

The D|vide uses two different colored tubes, for identifying which tube feeds to which compartment. The most obvious use for this system is a split between water and a sports drink, although that’s ultimately up to the end user.

In all seriousness – that is kinda cool. I guess.

Sweet, finally someone made what adventure racers and endurance runners have been wanting for 5 years! Now I can stop carrying 2 bladders one with water and one with heed.

  3. JDT says:

This could also be a good way to have some redundancy in your water bladder. If one side gets punctured you would only lose half your water.

Booze in one, mixer in the other?

    Red Bull + Vodka

Didn’t Nathan HPL have this a few years ago?

Hi D, others have tried, usually with a switch on the tubes, which tends to cause problems. We did a lot of research and we’re convinced we improved execution with two tubes. Also: our Widepac sliding closure makes the reservoir easy to clean, our TasteFree technology makes sure there’s no aftertaste, there’s no bacteria growth thanks to our Grunge Guard … take a look at all the info online: http://sourceoutdoor.com/en/home/149-divide-hydration-system.html

Well, it is cheaper than two 50 oz. Camelbak bladders.

This is going to be perfect for festivals, Goon in one bundaberg in the other

I thought the most obvious use would be Jack and Coke for 1st Sgts 5am 10K run!

  10. Machina says:

Also a nice tool to ration water and keep track of your hydration
