Darley Days – DFND

DFND is a new company on the Berry compliant tactical clothing scene but the men behind it bring over 25 years of experince to the brand. They’ve got a lot of offerings already but after a brief discussion, we decided to introduce their compression technology first. DFND currently offers three lines of compression, Recovery, Elite and Active.

  

Above, is the Active Compression S/S Shirt. Made from 70D medical grade, circular knit, breathable compression for 360 degree muscle containment. It is Moisture Wicking, Anti Bacterial and offers UPF 50+ Sun Protection. Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.

    An interesting thing about compression (yes, even medical grade >15mmHg) is that it doesn’t increase your performance when you’re doing something. You need to get into deadly 100s of mmHg to actually see an increased performance due to compression.
    (these guys are actually saying it’s for recovery/post workout, which is correct, that’s the first time I’ve seen someone do it, good for them)
