    Tactical slap bracelets

  3. Rich says:

Maybe the Air Force will adopt it but I’m sure the Army already has. The poor soldiers I worked with on my last deployment had to wear reflective belts and eye pro off duty….

Yeah the stuff I hear from the dudes who just got out is chilling. Sounds horrible.

Back in ’12, the Army DFAC (forgot the name of it) in Bagram required eyepro when eating… Started when the Big Red 1 moved in, true f*cking story!

If it’s Costa wouldn’t it be more of a coast guard thing?

The before acceptance, Air Force would require that the bracelet be stealthy, and be able to interface with the F-35, F-22, B-2, ultizing Link-16, Facebook, and MySpace. It must also be capable of detecting if the wearer is being subjected to a hostile work environment and/or is not feeling “resilient”. The program will be run by a succession of 12 project managers who will randomly add requirements, pushing the per-unit cost to $12,479. The project will ultimately be cancelled because no one realized that reflective colors are considered sacred to a small tribe of Finnish dwarves living in the artic circle, thereby making the bracelets culturally insensitive.
