Bravo Company Manufacturing has announced their new BCM PNT Trigger Assembly. The PNT Trigger Assembly is built to exceed MilSpec standards, and each PNT is heat treated and hardened, for increased durability and performance.

01

PNT Trigger Assemblies are honed, while the trigger and hammer pins are centerless ground. The BCM Disconnector is stamped from 1070 material, and fine blanked and double disc ground to a precise size for consistent and reliable operation. The PNT Trigger Assembly is designed to be 100% compatible with MilSpec lower receivers.

04

The sear engagement surfaces on the PNT Trigger Assembly is hand polished to reduce friction, and the PNT features an electroless nickel finish to reduce felt creep and grittiness in the trigger press. Teflon particle embedded within the nickel further reduce friction in the Trigger Assembly, and adds further protection to the corrosion, rust, and oxidation resistant finish.

05

Like all BCM rifles and BCMGUNFIGHTER accessories, the PNT Trigger Assembly is made in the USA.

I would be interested in seeing how this stacks up against the ALG ACT trigger.

  2. Blehtastic says:

An updated A2 style stock to compete with Magpul’s PRS would be a great next step.

  3. Bruce says:

I want to buy BCM products, but every single time I have called them I can never get anyone on the phone. I don’t get it. If business is that good, staff a sales / customer service team to staff the phones!

    • Bruce, why are you trying to place an order over the phone? Use their web site and place an order online. Lighting fast shipping. Great customer service. Welcome to the 21st century dude.

    • CAP says:

I will second what Paul McCain said above. I’ve never had any issues ordering from BCM’s site and I wiil keep buying their products because of their commitment to quality and their support of the firearms industry.

    • HoldingII says:

They never have their desired products in stock anyway so who cares.

    • Laust says:

Business is that good. They don’t need to answer the phone and repeat the same stuff over and over.
If someone has a question they can Email them and get a response usually within 24 hours.
BCM has Excellent customer service, 2nd to none.

      • Bruce says:

How can you say someone has good customer service if you can’t get anyone on the phone? Sorry, but that is something I would expect of an overseas company pumping out widgets, not an American firearms manufacturer.

Customer service includes telephone presales support as well as being able to get someone on the phone post sale.

From a department / agency perspective, you can’t even talk anyone either, which is why you probably don’t see many issuing their rifles.

Hopefully they pick up the phone someday.

        • Steve says:

          Hmm…. Looks familiar…

        • t1tan says:

I’d rather them be packing and shipping orders than dealing with people that want to waste time with phone orders. Like already said, have a question or need support? Send an email.

Awesome sauce. I see that this new trigger isn’t jacking the price up on complete lowers. Good on Bravo Company. I just wish we can get Bravo Company to offer their rail system in MLok as well. Then BCM would probably rule the world.

    • Diddler says:

But the KM in KMR is for Keymod. What would have them do, call the improved version the, “Keymod Rail, M-Lok?”

    • 404953C says:

BCM is committed to KeyMod. Pretty sure we won’t be saying M-Lok from them anytime soon if ever.

      • BillC says:

Yeah, I recall this being mentioned a while ago in another post. However, you’ll know M-Lok has “won” if Bravo ever sells anything in M-Lok. I don’t see the two as a competition as M-Lok’s survival isn’t dependent upon Keymod’s failure. I’ve never tried anything Keymod, but I’m pretty invested into M-Lok for the obvious weight of Magpul behind it.

      • Travis Krause says:

Yeah but at some point they will. The wheels of misfortune is starting to turn. Colt Canada has already started to build rifles with MLok. I’m sure the U.S. will be behind them at some point. BCM will be behind the 8 ball so to speak. Not saying there is anything wrong with Keymod. It’s BCM’s rotten luck that Mlok is going to be the industry standard. In reality MLok is a better system. And easier to manufacture.

Looks just like the Scionics Trigger .. .

  6. Airborne_fister says:

Dumb question from a guy who only works with grunts. What is the pull weight of the tigger?

  7. PLiner says:

This is the same coating process that SIONICS has been using on all their triggers for some time. This is basically a stock SIONICS trigger, just sold with a BCM label on it.

  8. Checkyoursix says:

Does anyone know what the pull weigjt is on the new BCM trigger?

  9. Ryan says:

The trigger pull weight is 5lbs.

  10. Amen Walker says:

This looks exactly like the trigger Sionics Weapon Systems started making a few months back… Hmmm..
