Ok, So Maybe I’ve Got A Slight Boba Fett Problem

Hi, I’m Eric and I’m a Fettaholic.

This is the Boba Fett pen by High Caliber Craftsman, made from two pieces of Cerakoted .308 brass.

You could even say you have a Fett-ish.

  3. Stu says:

The only Boba Fett problem I know of is that he isn’t in enough movies.

…on top of Star Wars bed set?

Well, thanks. Now I’m out $60!

I have actually been wondering lately, what is behind the attraction behind some in the firearms community to this (to my knowledge) minor star wars character?

Not dissing your guy, guys, just wondering. Thanks.

Mandalorians are warriors. im guessing thats why people like him so much. plus he looks like a total badass.

Because he travels alone–and freely–between Empire and Rebel held portions of the galaxy, as well as the lawless regions in between.

The MAJOR characters in the Star Wars franchise are transcendent figures who could just as easily appear in film epics of every genre. Fett is reminiscent of Eastwood’s Man with No Name character in Fistful of Dollars.

Because he lives (some presume he perished in the Sarlacc–bad presumption) by a warrior ethic in alignment with what actual professional Soldiers live by–especially Soldiers troubled by seeing themselves as something called a “Storm Trooper.” The symbolism of Fett’s gray costume puts him between Vader black and Storm Trooper white. Anyone who’s ever set foot on an asymmetric battlefield or laid town the law in a troubled community understands gray.

He’s a minor character in the movies. In the books, his character generates far more interest from respected authors AND fans.

Thank you for the information. I had not considered how much more of a part he could have played in books as well.

the mandalorians are an ancient race within the starwars universe that were bred and raised to be the ultimate warriors..they are like the Spartans of starwars…

Amongst all of this newly released swag featuring the Fett, this is hands down the second best patch (first goes to Jon at OPT).

of course the patch is sold out!!! I have a pretty decent Mandalorian patch collection, but this one is far and above the coolest.
