5.11 Tactical – Five-O Covert Shirt

I got a kick out of the Five-O Covert Shirt the first time I saw it. The print looks like pineapples from a ways off but as you get closer, you realize they’re actually pineapple grenades.

Intended for CCW wear, it incorporates 5.11’s chest pockets as well as breakaway snaps and their RAPIDraw placket.

Offered in Black, White, Pearl (shown) and Spartan, sizes Small – XXLarge.

Festive! Also, has a a low profile branding on the right shoulder seam, back of shirt: “VXI.”

I’ve been sitting behind a guy in a class all week who has been wearing a 5.11 polo. Nice little target crosshair right on the neck. Aim here!

Ha! The hipster pattern makes it into the tactical market. I guess that qualifies as “disruptive” or something?

No seriously, that’s a good move considering most tactical clothes, even “casual” ones, have distinctive visual cues that make it incredibly easy to spot someone.

Some companies are catching on. Vertx released some shirts a while back in a nice plaid pattern. Perfect for all the beanie-wearing, kombucha-quaffing, gun-toting hipsters in your life.
