M Grills’ C4 Portable Grill is made of 12 gauge steel, with a 304 stainless steel handle, and is intentionally designed to look like an ammo box. Its small form factor makes it great to bring along when outdoors; camping, fishing, etc.

Aside from functioning as a grill, the C4 can also be used just as a fire pit, or even as a small storage case, depending on the user’s needs.

    Very cool!

….Sadly I see some drunk fool adding fuel and a match to his ammo can mistaking it for this grill then suing!

    Kinda cool, lol.

A few questions based on using actual ammo cans for containing fires.

    1. Does the paint and/or metal discolor from the heat?
    2. Are there nice holes drill towards the bottom to get a good airflow to the fuel (probably not necessary) or will it seal up and choke out the fire when the lid’s closed?
    3. Is the lid sealed to keep your fuel dry in transport?
    4. Will the seal survive being closed on a hot can (especially when doing so to intentionally extinguish the fire)?
    5. Does the lid pop off, and if not, how much heat is transferred, especially to the handle?
