In honor of Veterans Day, OR has added their innovative, hardshell Infiltrator Jacket and Pant to their PRO program.
These are the first garments available featuring GORE-TEX Fabric with Stretch Technology fabric. The Infiltrator Jacket and Pant are Hybrid-Mapped designs featuring a combination of lightweight GORE-TEX and the GORE-TEX Fabric with Stretch Technology which stretches. This results in a closer fitting garment.

This jacket is next level, I followed its development through SSD since he first wrote about it. The f2f fabric creates a less bulky shell and the jacket itself stuffs into its own hood taking up about a nalgene and half worth of storage in the pack. While donned the side zips allow easy access to anything being run on a belt eliminating the need to tuck the jacket behind things such as mags. For waterproofness, would this be comparable to the Arcteryx Alpha SV?
