Blue Force Gear Offers E-Tool Carrier For Unit Sales

Due to an uptick in demand, Blue Force Gear has decided to release its much anticipated E-Tool Carrier early for military unit sales. The demand stems from a shift in TTPs at the highest levels. Expected to start shipping 1st quarter of 2018, the pouch is 30% lighter than the issued carrier and adds reinforcement areas for those who like to put a razor edge on the blade for use as a CQB weapon.

  1. Wonder if it will fit the glock one?

Pretty funny. The Army CSM puts out a Facebook post detailing an e-tool kill as possibility for ISIS, and now units are scrambling to get shovel pouches. I hope next week he tweets about killing ISIS with mess kits, so we can watch mountains be moved to bring them back in the supply pipeline.

Can we just call it a Troxell pouch for short?

  4. TheFull9 says:

We’ve got Predators and Reapers and e-tools with sharpened edges.

    War does change, very slightly.

CSM Troxell isn’t the Army’s CSM, he’s the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He’s a good dude too. When he was the CSM of FT Knox, he used to put his Sr NCOs through the ringer he called “The Mungadai”.
