Unity Tactical Cold Weather Liner

Houma, LA – January 18, 2018 – Unity Tactical, a leader in innovative equipment today announced the release of their Patent Pending Cold Weather Liner (CWL) which will be on display at SHOT Show 2018. The Cold Weather Liner was designed to provide a helmet integrated insulation solution. The CWL is constructed of high quality wicking DWR treated Power Stretch fleece and is compatible with all popular helmets (Ops-Core, Crye Precision, Team Wendy, MTEK, MICH, ACH). The CWL integrates with both under helmet or helmet mounted hearing protection. It is available in Black, Flat Dark Earth, and Ranger Green.

The CWL installs between the helmet shell and pads (OEM or aftermarket) using existing Velcro, requires no change to the helmet and takes less than a minute to install. Because the liner installs between the shell and the pads, it will not shift or bunch and does not interfere with other helmet borne systems.

Looks very similar with one of my fleece hat from Carhartt. Nice idea for intergrating helmet pads with the hat. As long as it doesn’t have any hotspot and comfortable, I’m in.

Unity won’t stop until every niche is filled.

    Are we still doing phrasing?

I don’t get it.. I’d rather have the fabric against my skin/hair than the pads. Mainly to soak up the sweat I produce. Being able to quickly remove my hat is also a bonus, going from ok to extremely hot is just the matter of a small uphill in snow.
