This is very cool-did I spy a Ferrari in the parking lot?

    Those Flyboys …

Back then they were not afraid to name the enemy – “The Communists”!

Also interesting is the historic confusion that resulted from the strange post-war USAF decision to re-designate the WWII era Douglas A-20 Havoc as “B-26”, seemingly completely ignoring the existence of that other WWII twin engine plane, the Martin B-26 Marauder. Even this film’s narrated script gets it wrong! Keep this factoid in mind if you get confused by “B-26” photo captions and references in books about COIN and the Congo Wars, Bay of Pigs, Vietnam/Laos, etc.

“Um, actually…” (Man, I hate those guys, but I just wanted to jump in and set the record straight as it has always bothered me too)

It was the A-26 Invader, not the A-20 Havoc, that was re-designated the B-26, stepping on the history of the Marauder.

Yeah, you’re right…I just consulted another source. See? That’s the “historic confusion” in action right there! Thanks for setting me straight(er)!
