GAOS 19 – Section 21 T-shirts from Rockwell Tactical

Our friends at Rockwell Tactical are selling Section 21 T-shirts to commemorate the Pennsylvania Constitution’s commitment to the right to bear arms, raise awareness, and solicit donations to the fight for this precious right in Pittsburgh.

Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution states: “The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.”

Many of Pennsylvania’s citizens, and politicians in Harrisburg, have no idea (or simply do not care) that they are violating the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by simply asking the question. Remind them of our inalienable right to bear arms and defend ourselves.

For each T-shirt sold, Rockwell Tactical will donate $5 to Firearms Industry Consulting Group, P.C., to support the legal challenges being prepared by Firearm Owners Against Crime and Allegheny County Sportsmen’s League in relation to the City of Pittsburgh’s unlawful anti-Second Amendment proposals.

If you can’t make it to the Great American Outdoor Show, get yours at www.rockwelltactical.com/allproducts/section-21-t-shirt.

    Cool shirt.
Patriots and everyone who took an oath to support and defend the constitution of the united states needs to be on the lookout for these commies in our government. The communist scum seem to be on a mission to take firearms from law abiding citizens and it looks like, to me, that guns don’t kill people but planned parenthood sure does. Feels like some Americans are being tricked.

  2. Mac says:

Because blind and un-questioning obedience to authority is the true hallmark of a free people right?

    • Frank says:

Help me understand exactly where in his post is it that he mentions blindly/unquestioningly obeying authority?

      • Mac says:

Strange that you could write your reply above, but not read the original post.
But for the sake of clarity it says that this particular law “shall not be questioned”. That is the sort of attitude one would expect in either a theocracy like Iran or one-party authoritarian state like communist China.

        • Frank says:

That quote came directly from the state of PA. It is written in their state Constitution. So are we to opine that you believe that when it is written in the US Constitution that “shall not be infringed” is also theocratic/authoritarian?

        • Terry Baldwin says:

          Mac,

The quote from the Pennsylvania Constitution does NOT say that authority or any particular law cannot be questioned. It says the inherent RIGHT of the people cannot be questioned. As in that right is unalienable, i.e. impossible to take away or give up.

And, to be clear, a Constitution is not itself a law. A Constitution is a declaration of principles that constitute a social contract under which citizens agree to be collectively governed; and as a framework to formulate and judge subsequent implementing laws.

You are interpreting the quote exactly opposite of what it says.

          TLB

          • MThomas says:

            TLB for the win…
You explained that with clarity that anyone could understand.
            Thank you
