Warrior EAST 19 – Mad Minute Suppressors

Mad Minute Suppressors is a relative newcomer to the suppressor market. They claim their new design suppresses sound, flash, heat, pressure, recoil, gas and particulates. It’s also one suppressor for multiple calibers, offering at least sub 140 dB performance. They also claim a POI shift of two MOA suppressed vs unsuppressed.

The key to their Tempest Series design are the internal turbines which rotate. All gas is pushed forward, out the front of the suppressor. They also claim that their “heat sink” technology results in a cooler suppressor and weapon.

As you can see, it can be broken down and cleaned by the operator.

So there dB reduction isn’t on par with the market (sub 130 and many cases in the 120) have a mono core that rotates and spins (until it’s caked with carbon) and offer nothing that a established suppressor does. Good luck with the cans but with a 200 tax contribution and a pushing one year wait for said can, I’ll stick to companies with established designs, cans and customer service. But hey, they can pick up the buyers that Griffin Armament took a turd on. Not many are going to jump for another Huntertown rabbit hole.

      What happened with Griffin Armament.

What suppressor brings 5.56mm or 7.62 x 51 into the sub 130 dB range?

@dingus – Recce models are rattling and Griffin crapped with it’s CS pretty publicly.

@Scully – Hansohn Bros and a few others have been doing a lot of testing with legit meters using mil std testing. CGS, Dead Air, TBAC…they all have cans that can bring it down to those numbers AND proven quality customer service. The sub 120 I don’t think is applicable to any of the 5.56/7.62 cans…can’t recall specific numbers and too occupied to look right now. Sub 120’s are gonna apply to rimfire.

I see the longest housing on the left is engraved “LT/SNIPER” and “OIT, MI.” I wonder what company in Detroit made these prototypes.
