Helikon-Tex at SHOT Show 2020

Helikon-Tex will have a booth (BOOTH 7605 at Level 1) at SHOT Show 2020. It’ll be even bigger than last year (taking up 18 square meters) and full of brand new tactical and outdoor gear most of which will be presented to public for the very first time.

Brand new products show for the first time at SHOT Show 2020:

Helikon-Tex Covert M-65 Jacket

The M-65 jacket is an instantly recognizable and iconic garment. Born in the Vietnam War era, it soon became a cult classic. Helikon-Tex has reinvented this great garment – creating a superb urban jacket. Made of durable DuraCanvas® fabric, it protects against light rain and wind – keeping you warm on those colder days.

Helikon-Tex Competition MultiGun Rig®

Competition shooting is getting more and more popular. During any match, success is based on multiple factors, as not only is your fitness important, but also your weapon and most importantly –   your gear. This is why Helikon-Tex have created a Competition Multigun Rig for shooters. To make it as versatile as possible Helikon-Tex based it on the gun belt with an additional modular belt sleeve and micro chest rig. All are fully scalable and configurable, allowing you to create the exact platform that you need.

Helikon-Tex MCDU Combat Shirt® – NyCo Ripstop

MCDU is Helikon-Tex’s approach to combat uniforms for more dynamic operations. The torso of this shirt is made of highly breathable, lightweight TopCool fabric, while the sleeves and stand-up collar are made of a durable NYCO mix. Bicep zippered pockets will hold most small essentials like a target photo or a GPS.

Helikon-Tex Pilgrim Anorak Jacket® – DuraCanvas®

Helikon-Tex have designed the Pilgrim Anorak Jacket® for demanding outdoor activities in dynamically changing weather conditions. Based on zipped “kangaroo” construction, which has proven itself for decades – it has been clearly refined to meet the expectations of modern travelers, while still hitting the aesthetics of the “old guard”.

Helikon-Tex Ambassadors at SHOT Show 2020

A ‘covert instantly recognizable ‘ military jacket for plane clothes – got it

    • Strike-Hold says:

The M-65 jacket might have an iconic and recognizable style, but it’s been so widely copied and emulated that it hardly looks “military” anymore. You can always go buy one from Orvis or Eddie Bauer if you prefer….

    • Sommerbiwak says:

For a long time basically any outdoors jacket sold looked like an M1965 jacket. And some still are variatons on the original pattern.

  2. Marcus says:

Always wanted to give their stuff a try. I can never figure out the American sizing with any degree of confidence.

    • Jon Demler says:

I’m a medium regular guy at 5’7″ – 185 lbs. Their mediums are snug on me. I have a couple shirts and jackets. If I get a jacket to go over things I think I’d get a large.
