Responsible for all HK US Repair activities, ATF compliance & documentation regarding acceptance of repair weapons, warranty evaluation and repair sales order generation and communication with the customer. All function and test fire for repair weapons. Coordinates directly with customer service with regards to any repair or warranty issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluates repair and determine if warranty or customer charge
Create RMA (Return Material Authorization) in SAP
Generates and processes all repair Sales Orders in SAP
Conducts repair work and evaluation for all current and select legacy HK Weapons Systems
Communicates directly with customers and customer service
Responsible for ATF Compliance (Acquisition & Disposition Log)
Processes Scrap Weapons in SAP & Generates ATF Scrap Weapon Reports
Responsible for all Repair shop inventory, supplies and tooling
Maintains the HK Columbus Repair Tracking Log daily
Process and package completed weapons for return delivery to customer
Coordinates all logistics between customers and sales staff in regards to repair issues
Provide Technical assistance to customer service and sales staff as needed
Assist in warehouse & distribution duties as directed by business requirements or the Director of Operations

Ability to understand gun mechanisms and operate weapons safely.
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Must possess good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP experience preferred.
Must have at least 5 years of prior experience.
Must have Gunsmith Certification.

Department: Design

Reports to: Design Manager

Job purpose: You design and develop comprehensive product collections for our Law Enforcement and Armed Forces (LEAF) product line that are in line with Arc’teryx design philosophies and LEAF customer needs, and you collaborate with all branches of Research and Development to bring these products to market.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• You execute assigned projects within seasonal time lines
• You create patterns, mock ups, and prototypes to explore, resolve, or prove new concepts or construction techniques
• You provide detailed product initiations to Product Development, including spec drawings, pattern and fit direction, and fabric information
• You work with the development team to resolve fit, style and construction challenges and ensure a fully commercialised product
• You maintain up to date product illustrations throughout the development process
• You develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the materials and manufacturing techniques that Arc’teryx works with
• You coordinate with the Materials team to identify the needs for new materials and evaluate fitness for use in specific products
• You work closely with other Designers to bring new and better toolbox solutions that benefit the brand (such as new technologies, construction techniques, features, etc.)
• You present work at internal reviews and annual sales meetings
• You stay up to date with industry trends and work with other industry representatives to help ensure we’re meeting our customers evolving needs
• You assist with current product design changes where necessary in order to address in-line production issues
• You assist Design Manager and Product Line Manager to generate a comprehensive multi-year line plan
• You attend tradeshows and company events as required

Additional experience, education and/or skills required:
• You have a Degree in Design (Apparel or Industrial), or Textile Engineering
• You have 5+ years hands-on experience designing products, preferably textile based
• You have hands-on experience coming up with tools and methods to assist in solving construction issues
• You have technical and creative skills to pattern and prototype
• You are entrepreneurial and innovative
• You have excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English

The Director of Sales for IWI US will also be required to travel an estimated 30 percent or more of the year with international travel included. Additionally, the candidate will be required to manage, direct and monitor the activities of all sales and marketing personnel, prepare sales and marketing budgets, sales forecasts, allocate customer shipments, attend industry trade shows and establish relationships with industry partners, customers and retail channels. As part of the Director of Sales promotional activities, he/she must also manage all aspects of trade show activities and work with industry media and outlets.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Work with the internal marketing team to create, launch and manage training marketing efforts, including course and training advertising.
Comprehensively manage existing training contracts. Run contract courses in accordance with contract parameters.
Plan and conduct open courses based on market demand.
Compose and negotiate training contracts.
Write training proposals and bids.
Provide customer service regarding training programs and courses by working with clients, including needs assessments, sales, and follow ups.
Act as, or appoint the Course Director for each training session.
Work with Director of Research, Development, and Standards to modify and develop new training programs/curriculums.
Source, select, secure, and manage training staff, including contracting, Task Offers, administration, travel, living, and logistics.
Conduct Instructor evaluations and feedback.
Prepare and execute student and observer liability waivers, non-disclosure agreements, and course critiques.
Create and review Joining Instructions for all courses.
Liaise with client management or Medical Director to customize course content and delivery.
Book training facilities as required.
Arrange and manage instructor teaching resources and internal training as authorized.
Maintain and manage training equipment inventory.
Work with the Inventory Manager to procure/pull inventory for training courses.
Maintain Intellectual Property and course training equipment security at all times.
Refine and develop checklists of processes for preparation, operations, and closure of courses.
Act as the Assistant Company Security Officer.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience and skills that must be demonstrated in the CV (and interview if requested):
Must pass federal Top-Secret security clearance check.
Well organized and administratively competent. Computer proficient and able to quickly learn and adhere to CRM and inventory management software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Medical background preferred (in the absence of an advanced medical background, military or law enforcement leadership should be demonstrated, including management of operations and personnel).
Military and or law enforcement experience is preferred.
Leadership/management experience preferred.
Training coordination background preferred.
Effective communication skills. Excellent proficiency in English. Bilingual French is a plus.
Hard work ethic and passion for tactical medical training.
