DSC_1114

Andrew Bawidamann developed the Uber CC QD Horizontal Magazine Carrier as a unique and comfortable way to carry 1 or 2 spare pistol magazines. Made from Boltoron, the Uber carrier fits both 1.5 in and 1.75 in. belts. It utilizes a custom 1 in. wide Biothane loop for extra stability, which features a ‘PULL THE DOT’ snap. It can be reconfigured by taking it apart and reassembling, depending on user preference, with positive click retention. Mounts centerline for fast access.

Models are available for S&W Shield 9mm, SIG Sauer P238 .380, and SIG Sauer P938 9mm magazines. Handmade in the USA.

Bawaidamann Introduces Denlinger Magazine Carrier

Thursday, March 27th, 2014

Previously, Bawidamann introduced the Horizontal Appendix Carry Mag Carrier, AKA the Chris Marshall. Now, he has unveiled the Denlinger Magazine Carrier.

Denlinger mag pouch

Manufactured from .09 Black Boltoron, these are hand formed pouches. They are designed to fit both 1.5″/1.75″ belts thanks to the attachment system which may look familiar to those of you who use the PALS Universal Platform. This attachment consists of Dupont ST801 Nylon with a PULL THE DOT Snap to allow for simple adjustments. You don’t have to take your belt off to mount the pouch. Although, Bawidamann did mention that the PULL THE DOT Snaps are tough to break in.

Denlinger connected

In addition to the innovative attachment system, the Denlinger can be connected one to another.

Denlinger attachment

Currently available for the single stack 1911, GLOCK 9/40 and M&P 9/40.

For a limited time, Bawidamann has been generous enough to offer a discount code “PBRSTREETGANG” which gives 15% off. This offer only applies to magazine carriers and MOLLE platforms only. Offer good thru April 15th.

Sneak Peek – RMJ Tactical/Bawidamnn Ragnorak Hawk

Thursday, February 20th, 2014

Bawidamann and RMJ are teaming up!

RMJ Tactical is teaming up with Bawidmann to present the “RAGNAROK” hawk which will be offered in both 12″ and 14″ versions. According to Bawidamann Blades, they’ve always been and always will be ardent RMJ TACTICAL Tomahawk fanboys and customers. Over the years they’ve have gone from fanboys to peers to friends and without Ryan Johnson there would be no PUP system. He machined the first kydex versions out gratis, to help Andrew get them off the ground when he had no start up capital. Bawidamann went on to say this about Ryan, “He is a Fine American and one hell of a designer/engineer. He makes the finest Hawk in the world in my opinion and we were super flattered that he wanted to collaborate with us to make some small, light, designer axes that are well…badass.”

Bawidamann Introduces Mag Carriers

Monday, January 27th, 2014

Andrew Bawidamann is an artist, so when he does something different it gets my attention. For example, the PALS Universal Platforms that allow you to mount virtually anything via PALS. It’s a cool design and quite useful. Recently, he introduced the Horizontal Appendix Carry Mag Carrier, AKA the Chris Marshall, named after his buddy who came up with the design initially. Bawidamann liked it so much that he asked to make a run of them. As much as he likes the bullets up, horizontal, belt mounted design, he thought others might as well. For the past few weeks he’s been at work, hand building them. And he’s learned. by his own admission, the design isn’t optimized for mass production. Consequently, don’t get worked up over the price. These are more a labor love than a money making enterprise. Like Bawidamann says, “The price reflects the suffering.” Manufactured from Boltoron in Black. I’m not sure how long he’ll make them so if you are interested, you might want to get in on these sooner rather than later.

Currently, the Horizontal Appendix Carry Mag Carrier is available for several models of GLOCK, M&P, 1911 and SIG. Check the site for availability.

The PUP Taco from Bawidamann & HSGI

Friday, August 30th, 2013

What do you get when you combine the HSGI Taco with a Bawidamann PUP.

20130829-202838.jpg

According to Bawidamann, this is what you do:

Tools needed: 4 hands, Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, some patience, and tons of swearing. Installing a HSGI TACO onto anything is not fun. This is ESPECIALLY NOT FUN. But the end result is worth the hassle. Just another thing you can do with this handy piece of kit.

Adjustable to securely fit: 1 inch – 3 inch belts in 3/8 inch increments. Move retention Post-nut/Screw assembly up or down the face of the PUP in a “diagonal checkers jump” to designated belt width fit. Further fit is controlled by adjusting tension on rubber washers of the Belt retention Post-nut/Screw. Tighten the screw, the rubber washers expand, and retention increases.

Btw, my friend Andrew Bawidamann shared a sneak peek at his latest piece, a Spartan Girl. That guy is like a bottle of fine wine. He gets better and better with age.

Can’t wait to see the finished piece.
