Assembler/Gunsmith:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This team member will be assembling various manufactured mounts and rifles for dealer and retail distribution while ensuring 100% quality and adherence to company standards.

This ADM Team Member will possess the knowledge of basic shop safety procedures needed to work in a small arms environment, performs support functions for the shop, to include assembly of weapon systems, optical mounts, trigger assemblies, and preparing metal parts for refinishing. Other support functions include, but are not limited to, inventory control, quality control, packaging, shipping, and limited customer service. Team Member will be expected to perform any and all tasks needed within his or her capabilities to ensure goal accomplishment of the team.
