I am really enjoying what you guys are putting out so far, however I’d like to see some more info on gear for us tactical aviators, because if there is one thing ops in Libya and 01MAY2011 taught us, it doesn’t take enemy fire for us to get our boots on the ground.
I’d love to see some info on the .Mil gear for the FNH SCAR. Maybe some
info on where to score some milspec SCAR goodies too……
Semper Fi!
Neat patches! Enter me for this, please.
Love that camo! Keep us updated on what you hear, like you have been.
Also, if anything surfaces about that stealth UH-60. That’s a cool story.
You cover a lot of great stuff already. Like others have said, I’d like to see some more foreign (non-US) gear and weapons covered. I’d also like to have suggestions on where one can obtain that foreign gear (I can forget about the weapons).
PS: Love the patches!
I would like to see a reveiw comparing modern U.S. and foreign equipment and weapons. Oterwise keep up the excellent work.
I’d think a survey of what gear soldiers prefer in their kit would be cool, the foreign equipment reviews are a good idea too.
I would like to see more on the training/equipment soldiers are going through prior to deployments. Also more on what is currently being used in deployed environments (whats working and whats not as far as equipment).
I’d like to hear about the technology involved in lightening the equipment load of combat soldiers while keeping the protection level high!
I enjoy the current content and format of the site already. I would like to see more military news from our allies (uniforms, weapons, gear, vehicles, contracts, etc)
I really do enjoy reading this blog and what is offered. But my friend from JROC in high school is a Navy Medic and I’d like to see more stuff featured on medical and lifesaving equipment. Also I feel that K-9 operators aren’t very given much spotlights. But besides those 2 little details, this is one of the most informative blogs for Military, Law Enforcment and civillian alike.
The articles you currently do are quite diverse, keep up the good work. If you ever find out about someone finally adding body armour to powered exoskeletons, that would be great.
It is nice to see that you are taking comments now, after all that time teasing us. Patches, gotta collect them all.
Cheers,
Scathsealgaire
Great job as is, thanks! How about more coverage on Medical kits/EQP/Options for LE/MIL/CIV…some “less tactical” tactical clothing options are always good topic of conversation.
I’d like to read more about physical training.
Thanks for publishing such well written articles. I have been enjoying the content very much. I would like to see more LE related articles. Thanks!
More of the same is always great, but some more foreign gear and such would definitely be interesting, and from the looks of it many others agree!
Like many of the other commenters I would like to see more international developments, more reviews of gear, and news on training developments.
Hi, I think you guys should be sponsored to get out and about and do in depth manufacturers profiles! It would really compliment the updates, also provide a links pages for the up to date catalogues of all your pnors as once they been highlighted in news they disappear into the archives!
I think field expedient gear modifications and fixes would be a perfect article. Community submissions would be great for such a piece.
I would like to see more gear reviews as well as updates on new and upcoming products and military programs.
Like many others here, I like what is already published. The articles I really would like to see more, are in-depth articles pertaining to the mechanics of public tenders: the technical basis for a requirement, reasons why product x was chosen over competitors, and the use & limitations of said product. Understanding what you have and why you have it is paramount to educate the end-users, and beneficial to the industry as it helps getting a clear picture on the current market trends.
Keep up the good work!
Any info on OCP/Multicam products..
Really enjoyed the MRE articles..Army travels on its stomach and all…dont change anything! Keep up the good work! Love the patches!
Great site! I hit it several times a day. I’d like to see more of a review section for duty gear, footwear, and clothing. Keep up the great work.
Excellant site, more stuff from bespoke manufacturers and non us manufacturers maybe. such as Special Air Sea Services from the UK or DTACNZ.com from NZ
Would love to hear more about the colt that took down obl!
Keep up the great posts. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to include guest reviewers of the same products you already write about.
You guys are doing a great job – please continue with the gear articles!
Thanks for this great site! I’ll echo what some others have said – some outside reviews from trusted sources would be a good addition…
Great content here, not much more I’d ask for but I’d like to possibly see additional Cyber Security features. Maybe a few more ‘software reviews’ if possible.
I would like to see more reviews regarding backpacks, suitcases that would make for perfect traveling in civilian perfect. For example, I still have my black blackhawk assault pack from 10 years ago that I use when I travel.
I’d like to see more on the new Army camo proposal as well as new patterns that are being produced commercially.
I’d like to read about trial of new equipments in the field. What the soldiers trying it have to say. The good and also the bad.
I would love to see more interviews! Interviews with weapon system developers or gear/ clothing designers that are changing the game are my favorite part of this site. They’re always entertaining and insightful. Specifically, I’d love to read an interview with the guys from SORD, they kick ass & I’d like to know more about them!
I would like more reviews and info on Things like boots, socks and uniform items
I’d like to see more…of the same, great stuff as is!
I’d like to see more about weapon systems.
Keep up the great work!
I’d like to see more on shotguns.
I’d like to see more non US gear and weapons, kind of like you guys did with the foreign MRE’s
Ditto to all post, more equipment and weapons post.
Hi Guys!
You are making a great job with the site, more camouflage and weapon posts maybe.
Cheers!
I know this isn’t DID, but I’d like to see more about vehicles.
Would love to see more coverage of some of the smaller or new gear manufacturers.
Love to see maybe a monthly review of one our your sponsors, showing various products available from the distributor. Overall, Soldier Systems continues to be great as always. Can’t go on the computer without checkin your site twice a day.
Great site, I check it every day.
Very surprised & pleased to see such interest in non-US equipment.
Keep up the good work.
I would like to see you guys cover some good boot inserts. All of this flashy gear is cool, but I need something that will keep me on my feet for 10 or more hours everyday.
While clearly the focus is not law enforcement related, any dual use or even specific gear is would be appreciated.
I would be interested to see more info on federal agencies. I would love to see info on DEA/ICE operations in Latin America or possibly FBI HRT operations.
Great articles on the latest innovations for the infantry man and kit, would also like to see continued coverage on the Future Soldier programs being fielded by the USA and other countries.
The modern soldier is inseparably connected with mobile, be it on foot, or vehicle of some sort. I would be greatly interested in occasionally seeing articles on improvements (bigger/better over the nit-picky) on the ways soldiers get around. Humvee replacement, VTOL, etc.
