Strikemark Products approached us about sponsoring a Contour Picatinny Mount giveaway. We thought it would be a great idea. This giveaway is for the mount only, Contour is not included.
Made from anodized aluminum, the Strikemark Contour Picatinny Mount does exactly what its name implies. It works as an interface between your Picatinny rail equipped gear and a Contour camera. It’s simple to install and features a lifetime guarantee.
To enter, tell us where you’ll mount your Contour camera if you win the mount. Enter on THIS thread on SSD. One entry per email address. Use your true email address as it will be used to alert the winner.
This giveaway ends at 1200 GMT on 30 May 2012. Spread the word.
Void where prohibited.

I’m going to mount it to my jiu jitsu gi.
I’ve got a BCM middy that I use for training – this would be a perfect addition to it.
My new KAC Knighthawk M4 lookalike.
I have one of these mounts and they are awesome. Far superior to the Contour-made picatinny adapter and even the Ops-Core adapter if you want to put it on a helmet. For the small fraction of additional weight you get an adapter that you can’t just smack off, which is valuable not just for protecting your camera but also making sure you get home with the data. Strikemark makes awesome mounts for the GoPro and even average cameras with the threaded holes on the bottom as well!
I would use the mount to mount the contour onto my rifle so I could video our 3 gun competitions.
On my new M6-IC when it arrives, then use it doing drills and refine my technique.
SIG556!!
On my fire helmet!
I’ll mount it on my SCAR-17 and use it for training
I will use it on my DD M4V2 at the range training on the job. I will also mount it on my Airsoft rifle when I’m playing for fun to post it up on the Internet! Lol
I’d mount it to the M4A1 I run.. And maybe, switch it between the helmet too…
I will mount it to my SCAR-17
On the rail of my LMT MRP 5.56
will put it on my M4 variant. would be nice to record what im shooting at. but also willl mount it on my helmet w/ops corp rails, with the picatin- adapters.
I would LOVE one of these!
I totally just bought a Contour Roam and was looking for good mount. It would get mounted to my government issued M4 andbe taking a trip with me to the ‘Stan in the near future.
On my tactical baby jogging stroller.
I Will mount it to my work POF. I need to get rid of the factory Picatinny mount….the suck.
Alternatively between my Ops-Core helmet, and my M4. Heck, I’d attach a pic-rail to my car if I got one of these mounts!
It will be mounted on the ITW QASM Picatinny Ramp…
Excellent choice! We love that new product -it opens our mounts up to a whole new set of uses.
Will mount it on my new vtac alpha 13’s that i’m installing this weekend. Be great to film punching holes in targets as well as manipulations and other training (reverse cam) so that I can see where I’m making mistakes.
Thanks Strikemark & SSD!
I will mount this long guns used at my department’s police academy as a training aid.
It will be included with the Contour Roam that the recruits purchased themselves to be used in training then given as an award to the high-shooter of the class.
If I got this, I would have to buy a Contour Camera. Then I would mount the setup on this rifle:

I’ve been looking to get a mount for my Contour. I’d mount it on my LaRue Stealth. It would be fun to get video of a 3 gun stage with it.
3 o’clock on the noveske rail for 3gun
I’d mount it on M4 replica (not airsoft, just deactivated – my homeland’s law) or, even btter, on helmet to use it during summer camps – I run them as an instructor, teaching teenagers military basics – from survival to tactics. That would be great to record the training and show them at the end of each day all the progress (and mistakes as well) they’ve made.
At the 3 o’clock position on my new 16″ middy!
@ the 9 o’clock on my carbine.
On my issued rifle or somewhere on my gear with the new ITW picatinny buckle.
I have a Contour Roam. I have the Contour rail mount which is less than optimal as it is plastic. The thumb dial comes loose very easily, so you have to tighten it down every time you use it. Also the camera fits very loose onto the rail attachment.
I will use the mount on my SR-15 upper.
I’m going to mount it on my platoon sergeant along with some sort of shock device. When I give him something to push to the 1sg, it either gets there late, doesn’t happen or produces the wrong outcome. Will be a useful tool come board time to show why I should be promoted.
9 o’clock on my just built frankenrifle
On a M&P-15.
On a Remington 870TB for shooting competition trap.
MY AR-15, of course!
I’ll mount it on an M-134 Minigun for some good ole’ fashioned fun!
I’ll mount it to my Daniel Defense M4 and my M14 EBR
what company produces the spiky muzzle brake mounted on the rifle in the photo below?
I’d mount that up to my Army issued Colt M4 carbine that’s here in theater with me.
I’d mount it on my Noveske/BCM EDC gun.
Thank you for entering.
