I agree, the BBB rating is not what I would like it to be. But also note that there are only (3) THREE complaints in the entire file and (2) of those are a couple years old. The only recent one has been taken care of and the customer was satisfied. Since I have taken over as Director of Sales, all customer issues are ultimately forwarded to me, and are taken care of very quickly.
I would think one might look more closely at the file before making a judgement about BDS Tactical Gear. I have never been a big fan of The BBB. When a company can have 39 complaints in the last 3 years and have an A+ rating, and another company can have 3 complaints in the same period and have an F rating, I just dont agree with the system…
We have gone from advertising production times of 12 weeks, to getting all large orders (rigs, packs, and bags) out in 3 weeks and all belts and slings in 1 week. Not too many “build on demand” tactical nylon companies can claim that… We are still 100% American Made, and always will be!
