Needs to turn them into cuff links.
Aww man, that price tag is just painful.
It’s a neat idea, I hope they find some extremely nostalgic and wealthy people for this.
Agreed. Way out of my price range
Ha, outta my price range too but I still love making them! Not that it takes the sting out, but the the price is a result of making them here in Los Angeles and paying a fair wage, insurance, taxes et al. I can say they’re make well and with lots of care & pride!
Well, they are made from silver and the price of silver is or was pretty high and if they’re solid silver then that would probably explain the price tag. Add to that they’re a pretty niche item which means low production numbers so that’s going to add to the price. However, that’s not to say that they probably aren’t still a bit overpriced.
This would be great for Monopoly.
Just looked at the prices. Ouch!
Interesting light machine gun the guy in the middle is using. Only a couple options for this one and if this is US soldiers there is only one – who can guess it ?
Stoner 63A
Stoner 63 automatic rifle
Only top fed US LMG I can think of was the Stoner.
My guess is an ARES Model 86 AKA the Stoner 86.
What’s the answer? I thought it was a Bren borrowed from a Brit.
As a kid I always thought it was a Bren
For me I was always a bit torn between the Bren and the Japanese Type 99, depending on the battle location.
When someone told me it was an experimental American machine gun, I thought they were full of it!
Wait its a stoner I thought it was a bren MY CHILDHOOD RUINED! !!!
Oh man, these are cool. Just not $2500 cool.
My army men died in a napalm strike in ‘nam.
I got really beaten and learned a valuable lesson about firework and gasoline safety.
But if I were 10 years old, I’d do it again.
Same here. Nothing like simulating a artillery strike with M-80s and firecrackers.
new pieces for my Monopoly board!!
I’d be in for a set in polished aluminum if the price was reasonable…
Need to be precision-machined from titanium. Saves weight, you know.
