    Haha… heh. Actually, this is what the Navy’s “Fat Leonard” corrupt officers did to hide the bribes they were paid by Francis of Glenn Marine. See page 37 of the indictment.

    “On or about January 28-February 1, 2008, [indicted officers] stayed in Harbor View Club Floor rooms at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong at a rate of about $626 per room per night paid for by Francis. As requested by [indicted officer], however, in order to conceal and cover up their corrupt relationship, Francis distributed to the U.S. Navy Officer-attendees fictitious receipts reflecting a cost of $126 (tax inclusive) per room per night.”
