Don’t see myself rocking northface anytime soon…

    • Hey F*** Face says:

Why, because they refuse to sell/be seen as the base-clothing for gun-company-branded logos on them?

Yeah I agree, North Face can kiss my South Face.

  2. Adam says:

It is a bit rich for them to select a pattern from the camp family most popular/used by military and other gun toters.

  3. paul says:

As ironic as that bag is, I still entered the giveaway.

  4. straps says:

I reported for a school that issued me a Woodland Camo Gore Tex bivvy bag with a label that said “TNF Inc., Berkeley, CA”

It was the one time I didn’t show up with my own bivvy (got the slot while TDY on a totally admin gig), no wheels, no line of pawns outside the gate hawking stolen gear.

I ‘bought’ it with a Statement of Charges, a Counseling Statement and the only “Substandard” block I’ve ever received on a 1059.

    Totally worth it.

I have the exact same North Face pack purchased in the late 1970’s and was used wen I commuted to college on a bicycle. The pack served me well and it is still in great shape. This was long before North Face was mainstream. I got it from a shop I worked in that sold mountaineering, backpacking & ski equipment.
