Just got back from Salisbury, UK. I was invited to an Army sniper symposium there with various allied forces last week.
I had your patch in my briefcase and took a couple pics for you.
Location is Cranfield University Ordnance Testing and Evaluation Center in Salisbury, UK.

    What rifle is that in the photo?

      It was a 7.62 POF rifle system painted with a Cerakote signature management coating. The user had made a foam cheek piece on the stock.
