The Downrange Girl

With a name like The Downrange Girl, you know that this lady is going to like firearms. Her Facebook page is decidedly pro-2A but from a female perspective. But don’t let that pigeonhole her. She recently posted a comment about Moleskin and shooting their notebooks as part of a dissatisfaction campaign on their stance against gun owners.

Moleskine
“Dear Moleskine, I like your notebooks but not your political statement. Here is mine.”
Sincerely, The Downrange Girl

She’s also done a run of Pink Glock magplates with TangoDown and LAV so I expect to see a lot more from her in the future.

I agree with Moleskin. If working with mili/leo organization is bad for their business they won’t do it and won’t give a damn about all pro-arm complain. I’ll do the same if I was them. Especially these day where “violent” words are used to defend 2nd amendment and many company overly use “badass” advert.

I suspect this was probably a PR move more then any kind of big statement. To get attention for her site and peddle her wares.

  3. Congrats Downrange Girl !!! I hope your efforts are successful – thus far women who seek info about shooting are by and large guided down the competition path – your efforts to educate women on personal defense gun related issues and skills are way overdue

    You go girl !!

Is it bad that all I noticed is the silhouette in her logo is a KAC SR-15E3 MOD 1?

Italian owned company, who’s product is manufactured in China. I don’t think Moleskine SPA gives a shit about the 2A debate….. Nice grouping though…
