The Steiner Optic Micro Reflex Sight is their entry into the Mini Red Dot Sight market. This Picatinny compatible sight features a 3 MOA dot which they see as a good compromise between the 2&4 MOA models out there. There are 3 variable intensity settings including automatic illumination control, all selected via the on/off button on the left side. It uses a CR1632 watch battery and offers up to 550 hours.

Steiner’s site says the MSRP is TBD. EuroOptic has it listed for $460…
Looks like they made some awesome improvements on the RMR. No more possible dirt/debris getting on the LED. Also looks like battery can be changed while optic stays mounted. Very interested to see how this holds up.
I’m wondering what kind of mounting options there will be?
From the pictures, it looks like it attaches directly to any standard rail. Also, found this on their site: “Integrated screw mount attaches easily to any MIL-STD 1913 rail or other sight platform”
Yeah, I just saw that… A riser would be helpful for those that want to co-witness. Perhaps that’s in the works?
I’d be interested in seeing the underside and if it can be attached to a mount that is not picatinny based.
