So I just looked at the catolog and I don’t really notice anything different about the RATS pack and I notice that you still can’t get the BVS attached directly to the pack its self. If by redesigned RATS pack you mean the ROUS pack then yes thats new but its not a redesigned RATS its simply a new pack all together.

The changes to the RATS are subtle, but important enough, we thought. The lid is now sewn-on with a longer side gusset to help keep dust and debris out of the pack better. The lid also has more elastic retainers inside for gauze/Ace wrapshas and now has a wrap-around zipper that allows better access.
There is a new carbon stay at the top to stiffen the back when pulling the pack open hard or quickly. We added two tourniquet holders on the outside for quick access. The bottom of the main compartment is now able to be opened for longer items like oxygen or longer splints. And, finally, the zipper retainers for Airborne ops are changed and a bit easier to use. It will be come with our new removable BVS by year’s end -coming right up.

Ok now those are some improvements, I was only asking cause I didn’t see anything obvious in the pics on the catalog, the cover did look a lil different but wasn’t 100% sure. I do have one more question, when will these versions be available cause my supply guy is about to pick one up for me once fiscal year money comes through, and I wanna make sure I get the latest version, he’s planning on ordering it through ADS, if they aren’t gonna have the latest versions of it, could he order directly from you guys with the Government Credit Card?
