Am I the only person who wishes that AR furniture came in slate gray or German field gray?
Well, there is the UDE from Larue Tactical, and Magpul’s very dark foliage green. IIRC, somebody like Cav Arms did actual gray furniture with buttstocks and the old round handguards, but that’s been several years back.
Hard to tell with the above photos if those are true colors or if the photo makes them look a little different. If it were up to me, I’d drop the “coyote” from the coyote tan and just call it tan. Their flat dark earth is closer to what I would expect to see from a color called coyote tan, and not very similar to other company’s FDE. Still good colors, though.
Haji, the photo does wash out the coyote tan color a bit.
Yeah, I know the UDE. I just am a tad bummed that there are 2 shades of green and 3 shades of brown and 0 shades of gray. WTH – I wanna be urban tacticool.
