Speaking with Tactical Tailor’s Director of Sales GW Ayers III, he informed us that they have reduced lead times drastically. GW commented, “We have revamped our manufacturing processes and have instituted some lean manufacturing techniques. This has caused our lead times on items 1-500 pieces to decrease from 12 weeks to 4-6 weeks. The only sticky point is the availability of raw goods.” Well Done Guys!
