Finally, a reason to get excited by Team GLOCK. Michelle Viscusi, Top Shot season 4 competitor, Army National Guardsman and Miss Red Star Arms herself is joining Team GLOCK.
She’ll be joining the self-assured KC Eusebio and dynamo Tori Nonaka. Ms Viscusi serves in the Arizona Army National Guard as an MP and learned to shoot at Basic Training. Since her stint on Top Shot she has made quite a name for herself in the firearms industry promoting various brands and becoming an industry celebrity with her website missredstararms.com and Facebook page.
Looking forward to seeing her on the range.
Hat tip to Gear Scout who took this story way more seriously than we did. Lots of details there.

Team Glock…….but I see an XDM in that picture. Must be my eyes playing tricks on me. Maybe I’m not distracted enough.
I couldn’t care if she’s carrying a NERF! GAAADDAAMMMM!!!!!!
I don’t think anyone here has any question as to why Michelle was picked up by Glock. Her physical “beauty” has everything to do with it. I think any experienced shooter will tell you that Michelle is a “novice” shooter at best and doesn’t posses anywhere near the raw skill or experience of those that came before her. As far as Michelle being recruited as a pro shooter, I think this is a crock of shit! However, as Rob Curtis (gearscout) reminded me yesterday, this isn’t about winning matches, it’s about selling guns. Glock is well known to contract attractive shooters like Jessie Duff and Tori Nanoka. I guess the talented and attractive female shooter pool ran dry.
I’d have to disagree with you on that. I don’t know her from Eve but I saw her in person shooting just last week against guys and she was by far one of the better shooters there. Granted she isn’t quiet at the jedi level yet but she isn’t too far off. I will also say this, the picture above isn’t how she looks at the range at all, she was all business and her shooting did all her talking for her.
Thank you for the reply. I’m glad to hear she is improving. Honestly, I hope she proves me wrong. I still stand by what I said though. I watched her shoot this summer and I definitely didn’t feel she was worth a Glock contract at that point. Iam by no means an expert at recruiting pro shooters. I will be the first to admit that. However, when you look at Randi Rogers, Jessie Duff, and Tori Nanoka, it only takes about 60 seconds to understand that Michelle is NOT on that level nor does she seem to have the raw athleticism to get to that level.
Will she bring me a glock that doesn’t hit me in the face with brass?
try a gen3
The Gen3 is the one having the most problems.
Oh boy! Its a Gen 3 vs Gen 4 discussion! Hahaha
Well….Merry Christmas.
Tearing down those stereotypes of females in the military, I see.

Sweet mercy…
