For $65 I can make my own and more, sell the others, and cover my costs. And 1000 denier is pretty stiff for a tie. I’d go with 500 denier or delta or alpha.

IF you were gonna do MC ties, I would think that litelok would be a better weight fabric that is still fairly easy to source.
