    OTTE’s customer service is very lousy! E-mail them and no answer then called them left a message and still no answer! I don’t know how can they still run this company? The item I wanted already long gone!

    Yeah same here, I tried ordering their gaitors for Afghanistan which I really need now. The website keeps giving me error messages when I try to order, and no answers from emails or calling. Terrible business practices.
