Like us, TGL likes the Applied Orange socks although they didn’t have the same issues we did with the height of the socks.

    I like high socks too…but haven’t been running in any over calves in awhile.

    In the review of SSD it says that Dutch troops fold their socks over their boots?? I’ve never heard that before.

      It is still done a fair bit here in Australia. I have been folding the socks over the top of my boots for the last 25 years and my father was doing that before me (he was in for 28 years).
