Zero Division Signature Management initially came up with this solution for adding a handle to PALS compatible gear.
Predator Armament is now exclusively offering the MOLLE Handle. It is manufactured by OC Tactical and has undergone several iterations before the final product was completed as seen here. Each end piece insert is reinforced for long term use. Predator told us that it is more likely that the webbing stitching will give out before you have any issues with the integrity of the handle. This really increases the versatility of your pouches and is simple to use. You fold and then slide the T-bar into a PALS channel and then unfold the T-bar. Once in place, it holds fast.
Color options include MultiCam, Foliage, Ranger Green, Coyote 498, Black A-TACS FG, and A-TACS AU Camo.

Would these work as drag handles for casualty extraction?

It’s only going to be as strong as the pals it’s attached to. So if that’s a row of pals sewn to a single layer of 500D cordura then there’s a good chance the base layer of 500D fabric will actually fail if you try dragging someone loaded up with gear using it. The creator of the idea has another version that is a more appropriate for a drag handle.
While I was making them I found they came in really handy for converting your molle only Med and GP pouches into one you can now easily carry by hand. My med pouch I keep in the shop now has one on it and I use the handle as a point to also hang it on the wall so it’s in spot were everyone can see it. So if you have a molle only med pouch you want to keep in a vehicle, aircraft, house, etc. this works great for making it a little more versatile.
Do you have a link to said “Drag Handle”? I just bought two of these for use on my Crye JPC since they lack handles. Very interested in the other.
