Snake Hound Machine Announces Kinesthetic Reeducation Division

We received this announcement from Snake Hound Machine. I’ve met Adam, one of the instructors at this newly announced training firm and he is a solid guy. I gotta admit, I’m still on the fence over the name but I’m intrigued on how this will go.

After months of planning we are finally ready to announce Team Snake Hound, our Kinesthetic Reeducation Division (training department) Headed by Jeff Varner, a veteran of the Rob Pincus Combat Focus Shooting program, Team Snake Hound is focused on offering vital and affordable classes that provide the necessary skills and information to help people be safe and potentially save lives. We are committed to providing value and have a great passion for teaching and helping others. Often you will hear us say we are “doing the right things, for the right reasons” this stems from the fact that we are offering training because our customers have asked for it, and our courses are structured around three types of classes we feel are important: how to understand and repair your firearms, how to properly employ your firearms, and how to give proper medical care to yourself and others. Located in New Hampshire, the unarguable home of New England gun culture allows us to fill a major void in regional and local training options and furthers our long term goal of establishing New Hampshire as a destination location for the firearms industry. Information about the team, bios, and scheduled classes can be found at AllWeDoIsW.in

Will this be based around combat focus?

  2. Roger says:

    WTF?

someone thinks having Rob Pincus on their resume is a positive? Maybe they live with Pincus at his Mom’s house.

From what I hear on the streets. Some of SHM’s guns damn near blew up. The owner is a dick. And it seems like These clowns arent serious or good at anything because they keep releasing shit in various sectors. Guns, upgrades, useless accessories (Loudmuzzle or some shit), targets, and now half-ass training? Obama has a better track record of consistency. These guys seem like they are looking for a quick buck and then vanish.

I heard one of his AK’s blew up at some shoot in NH a couple months ago. Matt DeVito was shooting one of his “Custom” Glocks and the trigger pin snapped locking up the gun. I have also heard that his shot guns have had serious issues… #allwedoisfail

Love the constant use of the word “Combat” by those who have never been….

Unless I’m missing something and they decided to leave that detail out of their resume…

not to detract from their possible skill with firearms, but unless you have been there, I’ll be taking your “combat focus” tips with a grain of salt

I hear this guy knock on “Modern Warfare kids” all the time…… Names his so called company after a video game….

    • J says:

agreed. I’ve seen this as well.
the “all we do is win” tagline is pretty weak too.

I’m all for confidence, but what exactly are they winning? what have they actually won?

they also ripped off an internet meme (which i get, nobody really owns) threw an eye patch (their logo) on it and use it as a mascot, sell it on stickers, etc.

I want to like them, i like small and creative companies, but they are making it hard.

      • Fisty McBoner says:

Very hard! I mean come up with your own original logo! then again the name and logo isn’t what turns me away from this company, it’s the arrogance and poor quality products that get pumped out of this guys shop, basement, garage, shed. trailer or whatever. The machining aspect of this……. Does this company actually machine parts or just toss a bunch of M.O.E that and joe blow can do from his kitchen table with a screw driver some punches and allen wrenches.

        • J says:

They don’t machine anything really. Just bolt on and “polish” and “fit” things. Their receivers are manufactured for them by another company, but they don’t make those either.

Their “custom glock” package is a bunch of other companies’ components and then buffing some internal parts.

Between the arrogance and apparent multiple personality disorder or their “company” it makes it hard for me as well.

The video wherethey explained how “combat effective” their loud ass muzzle device was, they “redacted” how they were being tested by some un name able tier 1 unit really killed it for me.

And now they’re running training? Nah. I’ll pass.

I have been hearing a lot of back chatter and received a few emails about this. Here are the facts.

OWEN MARTIN IS OPERATING WITHOUT AN FFL OR SOT.

OWEN’S UPGRADE PACKAGES FALL APART OR BLOW UP AND DESTROY GUNS.

OWEN DOES NOT OWN A SHOP, HE WORKS OUT OF SOMEONE ELSE’S.

OWEN HAS NO LEO OR MILITARY BACKGROUND THEREFOR CANNOT TEACH IT. NEITHER DOES HIS INSTRUCTOR HE WANTS TO BRING IN.
