IWC’s SCAR QD Sling Mount-N-Slot is an addition to the stock SCAR sling attachment points. The Mount-N-Slot installs directly into the stock sling points using a T25 TORX 8-32″ Grade 8 fastner, requiring no disassembly of the rifle. It offers an offset attachment point when compared to the factory points, improving comfort and functionality when using a QD swivel mount. Eight position rotation limited design prevents sling-wrap up during use of the weapon. Available for the right rear, left rear, and left front sling attachment points.
CNC machined from 303 stainless steel and Black Melonite plated. Made in the USA.

This is definitely one of those, “Why didnt I think of that moments”. I have not been happy with any of the aftermarket sling attachment points out there for the SCAR and the stock point is just silly. I have had my sling attached with 550 cord because it was about the best option out there.
Parker Mountain Machine has had this same design out for a while. Picked up a set a while back. The front point works well, but the rear is too far forward. I went back to running the rear on the stock of the SCAR-H, which works decently well.

There’ are some important differences in our product, which we announced first on ARFCOM but due to a production issue are just now shipping, when comparing to Parker’s. Ours are 303 Stainless, Melonite Plated and uses a T25 TORX 8-32″ Grade 8 Cross-bolt design to attach to the SCAR’s steel sling loops, eliminating the possibility of wear. Parkers are made from anodized aluminum which we found to wear over time in the steel sling loops and they have a much smaller diameter hex head bolt, which some people have had issues with, causing them to offer a parts kit. We engineered our part to fit the SCAR loops, either the oval or rectangle style, where Parkers fits one or the other.
IWC is the only company making a QD Sling Mount for the Right Hand Side of the SCAR to accommodate Lefty’s, which allows the stock to fold. Both of our designs are Patent Pending.
Thats a huge plus as PMM doesn’t have a model for lefties as of yet. I don’t doubt that your product has certain advantages – and it was only a matter of time before several companies began addressing the poor design of the SCAR’s sling mounts.

wonder if that will work for the FS2000 front sling loops?
