When a politician breaks that oath they took to the people they represent, its important to be ruthless and relentless with them so that other politicians realize that the risk never equals the reward. I’m far from a conspiracy theorist, but I’m seeing very little media attention on his ant-2A stance, despite it being his main claim to fame and the sort of man-bites-dog angle copy writers live for. If they mention The D-word at all it’s to play up the couple of times he went against party lines–like he was some kind of shark fin soup maverick.
Considering the fact that Leland was trying to assist the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, would it be in questionable taste to sell a patch (or a T-Shirt) that says, “Leland Supports MILFs”?
