Why are you decreasing my odds of winning?!??!? lol
In this day and age of identity theft issues, I question the requirement to provide one’s birth date. Symptoms of two issues, here: 1) People willingly provide way too much info without thought, and 2) The folks (DD and its agents) who run this contest don’t seem to respect their customer base’s boundaries.
I understand age is an issue with transfer of firearms, and in other ways related to consent, legality, capacity, etc., however, this can be addressed in other ways, e.g. “are you over 18?”, or asking for proof of age after winning.
