Kitanica’s new LWV (Lightweight Vented) Long Sleeve is constructed from a combination of 4.5 oz. poly/cotton ripstop and antimicrobial moisture managing A.M.Y./Sorbtek Mesh, the later of which is located behind/under the arm as well as the gusseted back for breathability. Storage options include left and right angled and pleated front chest pockets, with pen tubes on the left pocket. The elbows feature double layer reinforcement, and the garment is bar-tacked at the stress points and features double needle top-stitching.

Yes, you can think of it as adventure clothing or performance clothing or outdoor clothing. It wasn’t designed as a military uniform but it is Made in America which accounts for the cost.
Somebody thinks a sternum strap won’t interfere with the pockets. Said pockets are positioned so low that it would be more appropriate for a nursing mother.
The seams don’t appear to be ruck strap friendly, and the underarm gussets appear bulky and potentially a chafing source.
I could be all wrong about that, but, black? Really? Ninja.
