   I know most people here are framiliar with BFG’s products, and I know that most have come to love there stuff as much as I have! So clearly the quality innovation and performance of there products doesn’t need to be emphasized. This is more of a personal testament on a public forum to the true dedication and customer service that BFG provides. I recently completed an exercise and during the course of this excercise my ten speed dump pouch developed a tear in the stitching which rendered it fairly useless. I contacted BFG’s customer service to inquire about there warranty and such (this was the first product in two years that I had ever had any issues with). After explaining what had happened, Without hesitation I was asked what my address was and what color it was. He then promptly told me one would be next day shipped to me and return postage would be in the package. Sure enough the next day I came home and it was waiting for me! I have honestly never had that kind of experience in the ten years I’ve been doing this. That service support and true understanding of our demanding operational timelines has made me a dedicated customer for life!
