  1. Joe says:

And the DEVGRU carbine is a HK416…?

    • Alex says:

He mentioned that he actually had several different uppers at his disposal during his service.

  2. I wonder how much a cut of the sales Mark is getting from this?

  3. Jordy says:

    Very nice.

I need to order one this week.

  4. GS says:

Those foundations will refuse his donation.

    • PNW_Tree_Octopus says:

More than likely, especially if a court says those funds may be seized. Did you see the AMA he tried to do on Reddit?

      • Patrick says:

I read a few of the questions. He got torn apart.

        • Jaw says:

I find it funny/sad that those who have nothing to do with his old unit (or the military in general in many cases) think it their place to criticize what Mark Owen did. How about this: Let his teammates sort it out. You don’t need to worry about it.

          • Patrick says:

I don’t disagree with you. I just think having an AMA on reddit of al places wasn’t the most well thought out moves.

  5. ScottieDag says:

Colt upper? I wouldn’t give someone I disliked a colt anything. That’s just cruel.

  6. John Smith says:

How can we be sure he is the ACTUAL SEAL responsible for designing the rifle? Give it a few weeks…a few more will surface and claim credit…

    I’m kidding.

    Cool blaster.

    • FormerActionGuy says:

Lat time I checked no SEAL designed any weapon they used. That is what the CRANE boys are for. You’d swear that only Green Berets and SEALS know how to make a boomstick. GMAFB!

      • John Smith says:

        yeah….

I was more poking fun at the relationship between SEAL’s and taking credit for things.

  7. Chuck says:

So, this is a full auto lower? What happened to no new machine guns?

  8. Mike says:

I’m waiting for the Robert O Neil variant. lol

” A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF EVERY SMC PACKAGE WILL BE DONATED TO THE SPECIAL FORCES ASSOCIATION AND THE SPECIAL OPERATIONS CARE FUND”

What? They are going to donate to the Special Forces Association… it is very cool that a SEAL branded item will benefit some Army guys.
