It’s an old favorite and never fails to entertain.

Well, the only one of those that’s interesting will be playing Blackout – anything else is liable to be completed before making it in the front door.
I will gladly fill your bingo cards out for you if you let me tag along to the show. haha
Were down for the Costa Slow Dance!! 🙂
He has wandering eyes. Every time it’s over he starts looking around really fast like the one person in front of him doesn’t even matter. Don’t get your hope nor your heart up.
Sigh. Showing my age again. I remember SHOT in the LA Super Dome when it was hard to get in and was a legit gathering of industry folks.
Wow…
Even with the changes with the new management company, its still entirely too easy to get in without industry affiliation. Ask your vendors how many orders they write at SHOT. The number will be surprisingly small.
I love this, all so spot-on. Need to add a block for the “guys who just need someone to talk to”. Who created this bingo sheet?
SHOT Show highlight for me…putting my elbow into the side of the Chinese knock-off photo crew point guy.
I fully support this action and wish you many more opportunities to continue.
Love this.
The word I got from the show promoter when jumping through additional verification hoops (we’ve been attending for 10+ years), is to expect less tourists this year.
While the “daily” newspaper always touted increasing numbers, the phone rep told me to expect about 10K less people due to tightening the process. I’m looking forward to getting more business done, we’ll see.
Just wait until the next NSSF newsletter comes out after SHOT and says how they broke attendance records…again.
The only difference that I can recall-I’m not usually the guy doing the registrations, so I don’t remember it always being this way-is the need for supporting documentation. Even that wasn’t a very stringent requirement. Its a step in the right direction, but there will still be plenty of tourists.
Add a box for “How much free stuff can I fit in this wheeled cart”
Damn, you beat me to it.
Also a box for anything zombie themed, although I get the impression that that’s faded away…
also……….”When I was in the Army…….”
I didn’t realize I was playing it watching the vids released during the show. Usually stop when I hit bingo, too much merchandising and hype.
Now I can play for real. Squares to include: knife described as “devastating,” another small unit special pouch for a piece of gear we will never own, boots that look even more like moongear from FootLocker (thank you CSM!), and another new Hole in the Handguard of the Month Club entry.
Multicam head to toe? At least we can now do that. Means I can get hunting gear cheaper than retail. Good ol Army Surplus.
SHOT Show–Where a “tactical” pen is considered a weapons system.
“Literally, everything is a weapon. That folder in my hands is far deadlier than this bow in yours.”
I quote.
Don’t forget a box for “SHOT was better in….”
Do they screen for the chinese knock off crews? Rustles my jimmies thinking that they’re at the show and I can’t lol.
Can I have a printable version to take with me to the show?
This! I’ll laminate that shit and wear it on my molle bag! Also, needs a square for “500 Molle Backpacks in a row”
The Shot is the ultimate Fanboy get together.
Where’s the “Super tactical badass but hasn’t been deployed in 5+ years” square?
” Field Tested by former operators ” It was out on a little league field by snow plow operators! but it was tested!
I think the muliticam (in “head to to multicam guy”) should be switched to Kryptek
