Product Development / Product Line Manager Position in a Law Enforcement / Safety Supply Company

Security Pro USA is a growing innovative, Law Enforcement & safety supply company. For over 25 years Security Pro has been supplying Law Enforcement & Defense products to government agencies. We pride our self in our good coffee, solid gear, future thinking solution and friendly atmosphere.
Currently we are looking for a new product development manager to continue our line of Law Enforcement and defense products.
Tasks and Details:
• Overlook the product development process from concept to prototype to fulfillment.
• Interact with manufactures
• Interact with End Users to understand their needs and requirements.
• Create 2D & 3D CAD design and layouts.
• Review product design for integration with customer needs and company standards.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• BS degree, preferably in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Material Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 6 years of progressively responsible work experience with product development disciplines.
• Experience in project management and team facilitation
• Intimately familiar with the implementation of new product development processes
• Proven track record in new product development and launch
