i’d love to find someone who makes a replacement for that flimsy top strap on behind the head ear pro
Try SRS Tactical. I remember them selling replacement parts.
Do these add any bulk under a helmet vs the factory cover from MSA?
Doesn’t look like these do anymore than a stock MSA cover, but by definition a pad is going to make wear under a helmet suck. I bought a nice cover on ebay from some Czech guy. No problems at all wearing them over a ball cap, but I can’t wear the thing under my MICH, no matter which way I reorganize the pads.
I really don’t want to say this, but I might fork over another 350 dollars for a behind the head pair and slap them on ARC Rails adapters.
Behind the head AND ARC adapters?
Once you put them on the ARC adapters the band doesn’t matter anymore.
ya know when you look at the pic real quick I thought….is that just stacks of money?
For OP it is
If the feel tight under your helmet, than your helmet is to small. Always have a helmet with plenty of room since you have such a good system to tighten it! It’s not like buying a shoe. Secondly I can only say the best things from OC Tactical! He is’nt the biggest show in town. But does all his work in house in CA and I have never seen finer sewing and products anywhere. and I sew as well, So I have a keen eye to detail.
