Reportedly, that was a one off proto-type done by someone at GORUCK, and was never put into production. As has been pointed out, it is almost identical to a HPG kitbag down to the logo placement. Good on GORUCK for making the decision to not go into production, with the way the industry works in a lot of cases, that says a lot about them as a company.
